End User License Agreement (EULA) — Destek Chat

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User", "you") and Destek Chat ("Licensor", "we") governing your use of the Destek Chat application ("Software") published on the Bitrix24 Marketplace. By installing, accessing, or using the Software, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1. Definitions
- Software: the Destek Chat application for Bitrix24, including its integration logic, updates, and related materials.
- Service: the Destek Chat platform (
https://destek.chat) that the Software connects to. - Bitrix24: the third-party Bitrix24 CRM platform operated by Bitrix24 and its affiliates.
- Customer: the end users your business communicates with through the Service.
2. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, the Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software to connect your Bitrix24 portal to your Destek Chat account for the lifetime of your valid Destek Chat subscription.
3. Subscription and Fees
Use of the Software requires an active, paid Destek Chat subscription. CRM contact and lead synchronization features are available on the Standard plan and above. Plans, limits, and pricing are described at https://destek.chat/planlar. The Software itself is free to install from the Bitrix24 Marketplace; charges apply to the Destek Chat subscription (the external service).
4. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Software, except where permitted by law.
- Resell, sublicense, rent, or redistribute the Software.
- Use the Software to violate applicable law, infringe third-party rights, send spam, or distribute malware.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, the Software, or related systems.
5. Third-Party Services
The Software integrates with Bitrix24. Your use of Bitrix24 is governed by Bitrix24's own terms and policies. The Licensor is not responsible for outages, changes, or actions of Bitrix24 or any other third-party service.
6. Data Protection and Privacy
The Software accesses your Bitrix24 portal via OAuth 2.0 with the crm scope to read and write CRM contacts, create leads, and log conversation transcripts to the CRM timeline. Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy at https://destek.chat/en/privacy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and consents for the data you process through the Software.
7. Intellectual Property
The Software and all related rights are owned by or licensed to the Licensor. Except for the license granted in Section 2, no rights are transferred to you.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of business arising from your use of the Software.
10. Term and Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach its terms, uninstall the Software, or your Destek Chat subscription ends. Upon termination, your license ends and we stop accessing your Bitrix24 portal and delete the stored OAuth tokens.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts of İstanbul (Anatolia) shall have jurisdiction over any dispute.
