Lead capture from chat

When a conversation shows buying or reservation intent, Destek Chat creates a lead in your CRM with the conversation summary attached.

Conversation logging

Full chat transcripts are written to the contact's CRM timeline, so your team always has the complete context of every conversation.

Returning-visitor recall

Destek Chat looks up existing contacts and open deals so the assistant can recognise returning customers and respond with context.

How to connect

  1. Install Destek Chat from the Bitrix24 Marketplace.
  2. Open the Destek Chat dashboard and go to Integrations → Bitrix24.
  3. Enter your Bitrix24 portal address (e.g. company.bitrix24.com) and authorize via OAuth.
  4. Start chatting — contacts, leads, and transcripts now flow into your CRM automatically.
